Meet Karen! She doesn’t always have lots of spare time but when she does she likes walking the dogs, spending time with my family and catching up with friends for a coffee and a chat. Karen loves the fact that she is working with some lovely people and is enjoying helping others to be more confident and just have a great time, whatever they are doing.

Karen thinks that anyone who is brave enough to try new things are her inspiration! I could do with having a bit more courage myself and I might get to try some new experiences with my new work friends and members. Karen has worked with autistic children and young adults for the last years so she is bringing experience as well as enthusiasm with her to the role!

Her favourite films are all the Jurassic Park films and fun fact; Karen shares her birthday with Winnie the Pooh!
