Meet Kirsty; she is a Mum to young girls who keep her busy, enjoying to explore the outdoors especially.

Kirsty’s inspirations are her Mum and Dad, she has so many amazing childhood memories. Her parents are still happily married after 40 years and continue to dedicate all their time to Kirsty and her siblings.

Kirsty loves being part of Autism Matters, she states; not a single day is work. Each member is so inspiring and I’m always learning something new from them. There’s always fun packed activities to be involved in and going home with a smile at the end of each shift is what dreams are made of.

Kirsty’s fun fact is that she was a corporal in the army for 7 years as a communication systems operator for the royal signals. Served in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
