Meet Will; he likes playing and watching sports, board games, playing video games and reading. Will played semi pro rugby when he was a lot younger. Will wanted to work at Autism Matters as he wanted to work somewhere that felt rewarding unlike his normal 9-5

Will wrote that his wife Janine is his biggest inspiration. Will works away a lot up in Scotland and she keeps the household going along with working here at AM whilst he is up in Scotland smashing rocks (literally what he does in Scotland)
